A few things to know before your visit

Sessions last 2 hours and the spa closes at 7pm.

Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Changing facilities and towels are provided. Please bring your swimwear and suitable footwear for the outdoor area.

The ground around the spa is uneven, so unfortunately the area is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

No alcohol is permitted in the spa area.

If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, please check with your doctor before booking.
Cancellation policy
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your booking.
Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before your session can be refunded or transferred to another available date. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel due to severe weather or circumstances affecting the safety of the experience, we'll offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Come prepared to relax
Everything else is taken care of. Just bring your swimwear, suitable footwear and yourself — we'll provide the towels, hot water, seaweed and sauna.
